Nick Ogilvie is a well-versed individual in the field of entrepreneurship and hard work. Having grown up in Clovis, New Mexico, he was exposed to the workings of successful business owners and gained valuable insights into the city's practices and politics through his tenure on the Parks and Recreation Board in high school.
He furthered his passion for business by studying general business at West Texas A&M University, where he also served as Vice President of the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity. Through his experience working at the Ambassador Hotel, Nick learned the importance of delivering exceptional customer experience and was mentored by industry professionals.
Despite being laid off from his job as a conductor with BNSF Railway, Nick saw an opportunity in the growing artificial turf industry.
With increasing droughts and water shortages, he recognized artificial turf as a sustainable solution for homeowners looking to maintain a lush green yard, with an impressive return on investment of just four years.
Today, Nick has over 16 years of experience in installing artificial turf and has completed a wide range of projects from major sports venues like the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, to high-end resorts like Hard Rock Hotels and even a par 3 golf course on the south rim of the Palo Duro Canyon.
He is currently working on a project in Lucas, Texas, where he continues to bring his expertise and dedication to the table.
In his free time, Nick enjoys fishing and golfing. He also has an interest in cattle ranching.
